HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped bananas

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs and do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Cook in three 9 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely, spread frosting between layers, top and sides.
