INSALATA DI LATTUGA E NOCI 
1 lg. bunch or 2 smaller bunches Romaine lettuce (discard tough outer leaves and tear others into pieces)
2 grapefruits, halved, peeled, and cut into sections
1 1/2 c. shelled and coarsely chopped walnuts
1 med. red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. Salsa Vinaigrette

Mix together the lettuce, grapefruit sections, walnuts, and red onions. Just before serving, dress with the Vinaigrette Sauce; toss and serve.

SALSA VINAIGRETTE:

Yield: 1 cup. 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2/3 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix vinegar with salt, pepper, and mustard. Then add the olive oil, lemon juice, and Tabasco; stir or shake well.
