KIELBASA DINNER 
Potatoes, cut in chunks
Carrots, cut in slices
1 head cabbage, cut in thin wedges
2-3 lb. kielbasa, cut in 3-inch pieces
2 tsp. Wyler's bouillon crystals
2 c. hot water

Put cut-up potatoes (as for frying) on bottom of roasting pan. Put cut-up carrots on top of potatoes. Put cabbage wedges flat side down on top of carrots. Put pieces of kielbasa over cabbage. Pour bouillon dissolved in water over this. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
