HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 or 4 chopped bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1 cake cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon. Beat eggs, add slowly to mixture along with chopped bananas and crushed pineapple; mix thoroughly. Blend in oil, beat until smooth. Pour into 3 (9") cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees.

FILLING: Let cream cheese and butter sit until soft. Then mix with sugar, vanilla and nuts. Let cakes cool, then put filling between layers and on top.
