HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas

Mix all ingredients and spoon batter into 3 (9") cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients well and frost cake.
