COCOA KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. finely chopped pecans
54 Hershey's kisses (9 oz. pkg.), unwrapped
Confectioners' sugar

In large mixer bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour and cocoa; blend into creamed mixture. Add nuts and beat on low speed until well blended. Chill dough 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each unwrapped kiss, covering kiss completely. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack. Cool completely. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Yield: about 4 dozen cookies.
