COCOA KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
54 Hershey Kisses, 9 oz. pkg. (unwrapped)

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla until creamy. Stir together flour and cocoa, blend into butter mixture. Add pecans until blended. Chill at least 1 hour (overnight is best). Mold a scant top of dough around an unwrapped kiss, cover completely. Shape into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, then roll in powdered sugar.
