CHICKEN/HERB RICE 
2 c. instant rice
2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Or substitute 14 1/2 ounce can Swanson's Clear Chicken Broth plus 1 1/2 ounces water.

Boil chicken broth (or water). Add butter, minced onion, parsley (and chicken bouillon, if using water). Add rice. Stir. Let stand for 5 or so minutes until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
