MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
4-5 flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. broken tortilla chips
1/2 c. olives
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Jack

Microwave beef, onion, green pepper on high 3 to 5 minutes. Add taco mix, paste, sauce, olives, water and chili powder. Microwave at 50% for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix sour cream, eggs and pepper. Place 2 tortillas, top with meat, sour cream, repeat tortillas, etc. Top with chips and Jack cheese. Microwave at 50% for 10 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
