1 pkg. Mexican Cornbread mix
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 chopped onion
4 eggs
1/4 c. corn oil
2 cans cream style corn

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch pan for 35 to 45 minutes.
