PEACH MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
Boiling water
Cold water
1 junior size baby food apricots
1 Cool Whip (lg.)
1 can apricot sauce (halves)

Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water and the junior size jar of apricot baby food. Chill until partially set. Whip together with 3/4 of the Cool Whip. Pour into mold. Refrigerate. Unmold when serving, decorate with remaining Cool Whip and canned apricots which have been drained.
