OVEN FRIED LEMON CHICKEN 
2 chickens, quartered
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 can frozen lemon juice, thawed
Corn flakes, crushed

Marinate chicken in lemon juice for approximately 1 hour. Turn to cover all sides. Grease pan with butter. Coat chicken with crumbs. Place chicken in a single layer in pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour or until done and nicely browned.
