7 - UP SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. chilled 7-Up
4 bananas, sliced
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)

Boil water. Add Jello and 7-Up. Let partially set, then add remaining ingredients above.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar (or less)
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Cook first 4 ingredients until thick; let set until cool. Add flour mixture with 8 ounce Cool Whip and fold together. Pour over Jello in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle top with coconut (shredded) as desired.
