1 (1 lb.) can sliced beets
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice

Heat beets in own liquid. Melt butter in a small saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Remove from heat. Add honey and orange juice; stir until smooth. Return to heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Drain hot beets; pour sauce over and serve. Makes 4 servings.
