CARAMEL CORN 
4 c. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavor (optional)
2 sticks butter

Pop the popcorn. Boil together brown sugar, butter, and maple syrup. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Mix with popcorn on large cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Turn every 15 minutes.
