JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. cream style corn (8 oz.)
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. Old El Paso chili peppers, chopped

Combine buttermilk and cornmeal, let stand 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
