CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 boneless chicken breasts
2-4 slices imported ham
2-4 slices Swiss cheese
Flour
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
Bread crumbs
Seasonings

Pound breasts flat. Dip exterior sides of breasts in flour to cover. Next dip in milk-egg mixture, then in seasoned bread crumbs. Put 1 breaded side down on cookie sheet. Put 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on top. (Repeat cheese and ham again, if desired.) Top with second breast, but put breaded side visible on top. Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes until brown. Serves 2.
