ORANGE FONDUE
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. orange juice
2 whole cloves
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Mix together cornstarch, sugar, and salt in an electric fondue pot set for 250 degrees. Stir in orange juice and add cloves. Turn temperature to 200 degrees and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute. Stir in butter, lime juice, and orange rind. Keep fondue pot warm at 180 to 200 degrees while serving. Serve with fresh fruit (apple slices, orange wedges, banana pieces, etc.). Makes 2 cups.

Note: This recipe may be prepared in a small saucepan, cooking over medium heat. After adding butter, lime juice, and orange rind, pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.
