KENTUCKY SPOON BREAD | |
1 med. can whole kernel corn 1 med. can cream corn 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 stick melted butter 2 eggs beaten slightly 2 c. nonfat yogurt Add yogurt to other ingredients and mix by hand. Pour into 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is browned and puffs up. |
