1 can cream style corn
1 can reg. corn (with liquid)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 sm. carton sour cream
Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese until slightly brown about 3 to 5 minutes.
