LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
3/4 c. diced green pepper
3/4 c. diced celery
1 lg. red onion rings
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, unthawed
4-6 oz. grated sharp or Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
8-10 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled (or Bacos)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl or 9x13 inch glass dish, arrange in layers, starting with lettuce. Add green peppers, celery, green peas, red onion, grated sharp or Cheddar cheese. Finish vegetable layer with lettuce.

Over salad, spread mayonnaise and sprinkle sugar over top of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, crumble 8-10 slices cooked and crumbled bacon (or Bacos) and cover top.
