CHEESE POTATOES 
24 oz. box frozen Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onions

Thaw potatoes and break apart. Mix all ingredients together and put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
