TORTILLA SOUP 
4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
5 or 6 c. water
1 onion, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 - 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 can corn niblets
Seasoning to taste
tortilla chips
Grated Jack cheese
Chopped parsley or cilantro

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Cook slowly until all is tender. Add tomatoes and chilies. Cook 1/2 hour. Add beans and corn. Add seasoning. Simmer until all warmed through. Place tortilla chips in soup bowls. This soup. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley or cilantro.
