EGG DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. onions, chopped (can use more or less)
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt it), cut slightly on the diagonal into 1/4-inch slices

Mix together in bowl. Sprinkle top with paprika. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve with crackers.
