SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pt. crab meat
3/4 c. cooked rice
Grated cheese, for top
Bread crumbs, for top

Melt cream cheese and butter in double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to first mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat, and rice. Mix well. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
