LEMON CHIFFON PIE 
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 graham cracker crust

Combine milk, lemon juice and coloring. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture. Put in crust. Chill 3 hours.
