CREAM OF CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
14 chicken wings
2 bell peppers
1/2 white onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 ribs celery
2 green onions
2 1/2 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® Rice)
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine rice, celery, bell pepper, green onions and white onions in a large casserole dish. Arrange chicken wings on top of rice mixture. Pour soup over all. Bake for 3 1/2 hours at 250°F. or 300°F.
