TACO CORN SALAD 
1 pkg. flour shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can corn, drained
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Lettuce, shredded

Drop flour tortillas into 3 inches of hot oil and hold down with a coke bottle for 30-40 seconds until crisp.

Filling: Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1 package taco seasoning mix, corn and tomatoes. When hot fill shells and top with cheese and lettuce.
