MOM'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
4 oz. can mushrooms
8 oz. med. noodles
1/2 c. ripe (black) olives (sliced)
1 sm. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 lb. American cheese (diced)
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Fry meat and onion until brown. Drain grease. Dilute tomato soup with mushroom juice. Cook noodles. Mix olives, cheese, mushroom, green pepper and soup mixture. Add meat. Layer noodles and meat mixture in baking dish with thin layer of noodles on top.

Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
