CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Blend flour, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla well. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until firm.
