CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar, and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

Recipe may be doubled. Bake 2 pies, freeze one for later use.
