PRALINE CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
2 eggs, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 oz. Praline Liqueur
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 pie shell, unbaked

Beat eggs; combine sugar and cornstarch. Add mixture to eggs. Stir in butter and add pecans, liqueur and chocolate chips. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool. Garnish with whipped cream and then top with more praline liqueur. This can be served warm or cool, but especially good hot.
