AZTECA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. Kraft barbeque sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. corn chips
18 oz. jar Cheez Whiz

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat, drain and add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Add corn, barbeque sauce and chili powder; heat. Place 1 cup corn chips in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with half of meat mixture and 2/3 cup Cheez Whiz. Repeat layers, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with chips if desired.
