KIMA 
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. turmeric
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 bay leaf
1 1/3 c. cubed potatoes, peeled
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender and spices have blended. Serve over cooked rice.
