HOT PEPPER IN OIL 
1 peck hot peppers, cut in circles

Wash to remove seeds. Put together: 4 stalks celery, cut fine 1 qt. cider vinegar 3 c. cold water 2 c. oil 3/4 c. salt 3 cloves garlic, cut fine 1/4 c. oregano

Mix with wooden spoon and let stand for 8 hours. Stir every so often. Put in hot jars and seal. Be sure to wear plastic gloves when cutting up peppers.
