HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/2 c. banana peppers
1/4-1/2 c. hot peppers (red or green)
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo
Red or green food coloring

Blend peppers and vinegar in blender. Pour mixture into a saucepan and sugar. Boil 3 to 4 minutes. Add Certo and boil one minute; set aside for 5 minutes. Strain into large bowl through colander and add red or green food coloring. Stir well and seal in hot sterilized jars. Yield: 6 half pints.
