2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. Jello cheesecake
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix cheesecake crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto bottoms of each 12 paper or foil lined muffin cups with spoon or bottom of glass. Beat milk and filling mix on low until blended. Beat 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Spoon over crumb mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with fruits, nuts, chocolate. Makes 12.
