MRS. DONALD'S HOT TOMATO RELISH 
10 qt. pan
1 1/2 gallons green tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. salt
6 lbs. yellow onions, chopped
1/2 - 1 pt. hot green peppers, chopped
5 lb. bag sugar
2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. mix pickle spices

Put mix pickle spice in cloth and tie up good. Mix all ingredients in pan and then drop spices in pan. Cook down low. Makes about 12 or 13 pints.
