OVEN STEAMED POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. boiling water
2 med. onions
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Peel and slice potatoes and onions very thin. Place alternate layers of potatoes and onions in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter and add boiling water. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are soft and crusty on top and the water cooked away. Serves 6.
