CAJUN SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 lb. shrimp
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 soup can water
1 tsp. lemon juice
Hot cooked rice

Heat oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and cajun seasoning. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Add soup, water and lemon juice.
