ANTIPASTO FOR TWO 
6 leaves Romaine lettuce
6 slices Provolone cheese
6 slices salami
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 sm. jar anchovies
1/2 c. chick peas
1/2 jar marinated artichokes
6 slices red onion
1 can white tuna (drained)
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

Arrange Romaine leaves on a platter. Top with remaining ingredients and sprinkle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Serves 2.
