CORN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cubed sharp cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. melted shortening
A pinch or two of salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices of bacon
A few dashes of paprika
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Mix together corn, cracker crumbs, egg, milk, cheese, onion, shortening, salt and dry mustard. Turn into the pastry shell. Fry the bacon until partially cooked. Place on pie after 30 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes more. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
