CHOCOLATE WAFER CREAM CAKE 
1 box chocolate wafers
1 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

1. Pour the cream and powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix on high speed until smooth and thick.

3. Lay the wafers in a circular pattern and place a thin layer of cream on top.

4. Continue layering in a circular pattern alternating wafers and cream.

5. Cover the whole outside with the remaining cream, cut, and serve.
