CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
3-4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. In a pan mix oil, butter, cocoa, and water. Bring to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Beat with spoon. Add buttermilk, soda, and eggs; beat well. Bake in 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

4 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Add 3/4 box confectioners sugar to above ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour hot icing over hot cake.
