CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. chicken, seasoned to taste
1 stick butter
40 Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Stew chicken, remove bones. Layer on bottom of casserole. Mix soup with sour cream, pour over chicken. Crush crackers, mix with melted butter, put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
