ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lb. carrots
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. ginger
Salt
Sugar

Use small whole or quartered large whole carrots. Cook until tender. Blend above ingredients, bring to boil. Add cooked carrots and simmer over moderate heat. Baste and shake pan until glazed.
