CARROTS IN ORANGE GLAZE 
5 carrots
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. frozen orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar

Peel carrots and cut into thin slices in a pan, cover carrots with water and parboil 5 minutes; drain. Melt butter in saucepan, add orange juice and sugar, blend until smooth. Add carrots and simmer in mixture 3 minutes. Reheat before serving. 8 servings.
