OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

First Layer: Put Oreos in a zip lock baggie and crush very fine. Mix in butter and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Second Layer: Mix 1 container Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread on cookie crust.

Third Layer: Mix both puddings and milk. Spread on top of second layer. Top it off with remaining container of Cool Whip.
