OREO ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gal. ice cream
1 can Hershey's chocolate topping
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Place in layers in 9 x 13 inch pan.

1ST LAYER: Crush Oreo cookies (3/4 package). Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and freeze.

2ND LAYER: 1/2 gallon vanilla (or other) ice cream - freeze.

3RD LAYER: 1 can Hershey's chocolate topping (yellow label) - freeze.

4TH LAYER: Top with large tub Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining Oreo crumbs - freeze.
