OREO CHEESECAKE 
2 c. (24) crushed Oreo's
6 tbsp. butter

Combine and press onto bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of 9 inch springform pan. 1/4 c. cold water 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. milk 1 c. whip cream 10 Oreo's, chopped

Soften gelatin in water. Stir over low heat. Combine cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add gelatin and milk mixing until blended. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in whip cream. Pour mixture in crust reserving 1 1/2 cups of batter. Top with chopped cookies. Pour remaining batter. Chill until firm.
